WWE Career (2004-present)
Maria participated in the Diva search contest and was placed fifth in the contest. She was then later hired by the WWE, as an interviewer. She was pretended as a person who was small at brains but great at beauty, as she asked the wrong questions,  with Candice Michelle for irritating and amusing WWE Superstars and Divas. She made her in ring debut in 2005 RAW against Christy Hemme. In 2006, she defeated Victoria to win her first RAW match.
In 2007, an onscreen romance began between Maria and Santino Marella. In 2008, she was drafted to SmackDown!. Where she feuded with Victoria and McCool
